1. Who we are. Portalis Ltd is a transit company. We move people from where they are to where they have been assigned. To do this well, we need to know where you are. To do it very well, we need to know where you were going to be.
2. What we collect. Your designation, your arrivals and departures, your photographs, your radio stations, your posts, the posts you nearly wrote, and the time you spend reading notices such as this one (0 seconds so far).
3. Why we collect it. To improve our services. Our services are improved when we hold more of it. We regard this as a virtuous circle.
4. Who we share it with. Nobody. We are very clear on this point. Nobody is a valued partner of Portalis Ltd, and receives everything.
5. How long we keep it. For as long as necessary. Necessity is reviewed quarterly, by us, and has never once been found to have lapsed.
6. Your rights. You have the right to access your data, which is shown below as a courtesy. You have the right to request its deletion, and we have the right to consider your request. You have the right to object. Objections are data, and are kept.
7. Cookies. Portalis Ltd does not use cookies. We find they crumble.
8. Changes to this notice. This notice may change at any time. You will be informed by noticing.
